When you walk in from the front entrance, you will be greeted by an open living room with a couch, games, TV, and work station. There are two bedrooms off of the living room, one with a private full bath. There is a second full bath on the main floor as well. All the beds are queens. On the second floor is another bedroom and its own ensuite full bath. If you walk in from the back entrance, you will see the fourth bedroom and a sizable kitchen perfect for meals and relaxing morning coffee. Downstairs is a cozy living room with a comfy L-shaped couch and another TV. In the back is a private patio for enjoying the weather in the evenings, and two parking spots are available from the alleyway. And, of course, there’s reliable high-speed fiber internet for all your WFH needs. Nestled in an unbeatable central, and walkable neighborhood in the heart of Sugarhouse, you will be moments from some of the best local restaurant options SLC has to offer, including a Thai restaurant two doors down and a local coffee shop just down the street. For those coming for outdoor adventures, you will be 35 minutes from seven world-class ski resorts, and 10 minutes away from dozens of hiking options. At just 14 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown SLC, and 5 minutes from the University of Utah, you will be centrally located for easy access to all the city has to offer. Just 10 minutes from the mountains, and just down the street is local coffee, shops, as well as local favorite destination, 9th & 9th. If you want a long park walk, Sugarhouse Park is also a few minutes away and boasts a long, paved walkway, a huge amount of grass, and all placed practically at the feet of the mountains. For parking, we have 2 parking spots in the back, as well as 2 spots on the street in front. Getting around the neighborhood is easy. Great local coffee is half a block down the street, and you can get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes or less. The mountains are a short drive away too–you can get to famous hikes and ski resorts in as little as 20 minutes! The house is serviced after every stay and cleaned regularly.
