Located on a hillside, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the coast of Roatan, Casa MoJo offers a private pool, terrace and a landscaped courtyard where you can relax and unwind, as well as a spacious living area with a beautiful and large kitchen where you can prepare your meals. Guest access -You’ll have exclusive access to the entire house and it's private pool. -The beach and pool at the Coral Views community are only 5 minute drive—perfect for sunbathing, strolling, or simply soaking in the tropical beauty. While the area has some seaweed and rocks, not ideal for swimming, it’s still a stunning spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. Plus, there’s a beautiful dock with a ladder where you can take a refreshing dip. Other things to note NOTE: *This house is for sale, showings may be requested with 24hr in advance. *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. *Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. *In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Keep in mind that this property is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently.
