When a break from the sun is warranted, head inside the luxurious interior of Monterey Dune Haven. Here, the living is full of light, adorned with high-end furnishings, and decked with modern amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows highlight the expansive living room with a large TV, ample seating, and beautiful artwork. The adjacent gourmet kitchen radiantly gleams with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and center island. When mealtime rolls around, family-style meals can be indulged in at the large formal dining table. Comfort is in abundance in each of the four bedrooms. Well decorated with subtle hints of nautical living, the bedrooms offer soft linens, private TVs, and plentiful storage space. Additional interior perks include a separate washer/dryer, a fireplace, an EV charger, and internet access. As the waves crash, fire up the provided gas grill on the patio and host a sweet summer barbecue. Also, outside, you'll find a pleasant seating area and a firepit. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
