- Our apartment is 1 kilometers from My Khe beach - top 6 most charming beaches on the planet. - Surrounded by many restaurants, pubs, street foods, shopping centers and entertainment services...Especially - Danang is a developing city and there are construction sites in many places. My apartment is also near a construction site. You may hear construction noise from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Please check this part 😢🙏 The space - Surrounded by many restaurants, pub, coffeeshops, convinient stores,... - Excellent wifi connection - Support customers in booking tours/cars, motorbike with the cheap price - Support customers in consulting tour, destination around Da Nang - Support customers in suggesting good restaurants which is popular to locals here in Da Nang - Support customers with waking-up service - For daily stays, cleaning room service is included - All apartments are fully equipped: kitchen, cooking tools, cooker, refridge, microwwave, iron, washing machine... - There is no spice provided. But people can get all of them at the mart nearby. - Monthly renting is avaiable ( monthly price does not include water and electricity fee. Included: wifi, managements fee, room cleaning service) - To monthly guests, there would be deposit money ( for one month ). This amount will only be given back when you guys check out ( to ensure nothing is damanged during you stay ) Guest access This apartment established in 2023. All rooms/ apartments are new and fully equiped. The service and safety are great. I have many other same rooms - The room renting fee included 1 times cleaning room per week service, wifi, cable TV,... but doesnt include eclectricity fee and water fee. - The more you stay, the better price you get - The kitchen is fully equipped but there is no daily drinking water, spice provided ( you can buy by yourself ) - Free cleaning room 2 times per week for long-stay guests.
