Sunset Studio is set close to Donington Park Race Track (Rent space for the week) as well as the East Midlands three finest cities as well as being just 45 minutes from the centre of Birmingham. With lots of nearby pubs serving the finest food and the Springs Spa close by make our Studio your home from home. The space Sunset Studio is a standalone part of a large rambling farm house. It enjoys a quiet aspect with secure parking, a small kitchenette with Microwave, Tea and Coffee, dishwasher and fridge. There is a BBQ area that can be used by permission of the owner who will light it for you. The garden has many quiet spots to enjoy. Guest access The Studio is set over 2 floors with a toilet downstairs, bedroom, desk and shower room upstairs. The stairs have a turn in them.
