Welcome to Our_Towhouse_Cottages: Unit 207 | The Classic Unit 209 | The Black Ensemble We are so excited to host you at our newly remodeled Downtown New Albany Airbnb! This home has all the charm of a rustic cottage perfectly nestled right off Mansion Row in the historic Downtown section. Within ~10min walk (~2min drive) to the main hub filled with many delicious restaurants and boutiques. ~10minute drive to Louisville, KY, ~15min to Soccer, Baseball, & Yum Stadium. The space * No pets policy in place. Main Bedroom | 1 Queen Bed 2nd quaint Bedroom | 1 Twin Bed Other bed's | * Sofa has a pull out Queen mattress (In Black Ensemble ONLY!) * Deep/Large Queen Air-filled Mattress * The Air Mattress would have to go in living room area. Guests can either rent 1 unit or the entire Townhouse, 2 units. Our_Townhouse_Cottages 207 & 209 (5 people/unit may be a little snug.) If more are necessary this can be discussed per request. There is a beautiful fenced in backyard with firepit, gas grill, seating, and lighting for ambience that is only for these 2 units. Or also rent our other side of the Duplex 2 bedroom/1 bathroom | 1 Q Main bedroom, 1 Twin 2nd bedroom, 1 Q Deep Air Mattress | up to 5 people. Wedding & Event Venues/Guests | *We are very close to local Wedding Venues: i.e. * The Calumet Club * The Prologue Venue * The Grand * Mansion 1886 * The Loft on Spring * The Culbertson * The Pepin Mansion * The Root * New Albany Riverfront Amphitheater * Brooklyn & The Butcher * The Exchange Guest access We have a combo box near front door and will provide you with to code prior to arrival. *There is free street parking all down the roadway. Other things to note * This adorable home has a nice sized main room with a Q mattress and a quaint cozy 2nd bedroom with a Twin Bed. * There is a Q size air mattress in secondary bedroom closet though please note the air mattress would likely need to be kept in the bottom living quarters for a more comfortable stay as the 2nd room is fairly quaint with the twin bed. * 5 people may be a little snug inside for longer trips. *Free Street Parking * If items are moved during stay, please put back to original replacement prior to checkout.
