This quaint log home was built in Palmer, Alaska in 1950. The log home sits on a large, landscaped yard with stunning views of Pioneer Peak and the Butte. The quiet peaceful setting along Bodenburg Creek provides a relaxing stay. If privacy is what you want, this is the place for you. The large yard is surrounded by trees, giving you the privacy you desire. The property has the creek on one side, watch for salmon headed to the spawning grounds beginning mid-August. The space Experience the warmth and beauty of a traditional log home. Our cozy and inviting retreat combines rustic charm with modern comforts. Cook in a fully stocked kitchen or order in and get delivery from numerous local restaurants. You will find two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room. With ample sleeping arrangements for six, our property offers a haven for families and groups of friends. The large yard has plenty of space to play. *You can hear the Alaska Raceway Park from the home. They run some weekdays and most weekends throughout the summer months. Other things to note **NO swimming in the creek. There are no barriers to the creek, please supervise your children at all times.** **We do mow the large lawn weekly. We try to work around our guests schedule and mow when you are out and about enjoying what Alaska has to offer.
