You'll have this entire two bedroom apartment with plenty of convenient parking. You'll be located within walking distance to downtown Newmarket with plenty of dining choices but you'll also have everything you need to cook and be comfortable at the apartment. Durham & UNH are about a 10 minute drive. Portsmouth, Dover and Hampton are about 20 minutes away. The space You will like our location, being that you will enjoy the surroundings. We also have cameras on the property for your safety. When you arrive there are 17 steps going up, but once your at the top it is all one floor. We also have a train that is located behind the Airbnb that goes by a few times a day. We do have white noise makers / sound machines for that reason. Enjoy your stay!!
