The bathroom is clean, modern, and well-maintained, featuring a full-size bathtub with a convenient overhead shower - perfect for a refreshing rinse or a relaxing soak. You will be provided with a white entry card and permit. The permit needs to be displayed in your vehicle at all times. Other things to note • Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £250 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply) • Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in. • Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change. • Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition. • Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
