Authentic Istrian Villa Stazione is an newly renovated old Istrian house made with lots handcrafted details. We made it with love for the authentic Istrian village houses and renovated it with modern although respecting the old Istrian architecture. The house is authentic since there are no doors between floors or rooms on floors. The entire house is made in an vintage style, the wooden floor is made in an autochtone Istrian village style and the original old closet is amazingly antique. The space The Villa garden boasts a pool area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. It is bordered with high walls so you will enjoy privacy. Next to the pool there is a lounge area where is perfect to drink coffee in the morning or wine at night. Just a few stairs away there is a spacious outdoor grill with dining area where you will enjoy your grilled specialties. The house consists of the ground floor and 2 floor levels. Ground Floor: - Wi Fi speed : 10 Mbit/s - Living room with 129 cm TV (Netflix included) and couch - Kitchen with dining table ( dishwasher, 3 gas stoves and 1 electric stove, fridge with freezing compartment, filter coffee maker, kettle) - Toilette - Baby Feeding Chair - upon request 1. Floor - Living room with couch and TV - Bedroom with bed 180 x 200 cm - Baby cot - upon request 2. Floor - Bedroom with 160 x 200 cm - Bathroom with bathtub Parking spot is fenced and inside the building. Guest access The guests have sole use of the entire property. Other things to note The house is truly made with special care for vintage details which makes Villa Stazione a mixture of old and new elements.
