200 year old stone house located in the village of Mary Tavy, in the beautiful Dartmoor National Park, with a modern interior and original features. Conveniently located on the road between Tavistock and Okehampton, both within a 10 minute drive. Easy access to a range of attractions such as Lydford Gorge, Wheal Betsy, Tavy Cleave and many more. The Devon Coast to Coast cycle route runs past, which makes it the perfect spot for those looking for a base for their cycling or hiking trip. The space The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious open plan living room/dining area with log burner. Complementary wood and kindling for the log burner will be provided for our guests. Kitchen including all necessary utensils, with breakfast bar, dishwasher, range oven and Nespresso machine. Also includes a work space with keyboard/mouse and monitor. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and dog shower for those muddy paws! Bifold doors from the kitchen lead to a patio with seating area, lawn and courtyard. There is a selection of board games and books, with tv including Netflix. A cot and highchair can be provided if required at no additional charge. Ample parking for 3 cars. Well behaved dogs will be considered, please contact us with details before making a booking. There is a fee of £30 per pet, per stay. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house.
