Independent studio in a local's home

On the ground floor of our house, enjoy a separate “studio”: bedroom + bathroom + kitchenette + access to the garden/terrace, during a visit to Dijon, for short stays, regular or not. Great place to stay for people coming: -occasionally in Dijon to: visit the city, attend a concert (Zénith, La Vapeur) or to go to the Hôpital Privé (Valmy) or the Chu.. - Regularly, for one or more nights (per month or per week), to attend training courses or work-study programs. The space In the “studio,” there is a hallway that leads to a separate bedroom, a private bathroom, a private kitchenette, and access to the garden level and its shaded terrace. The bedroom features a double bed, a loveseat sofa, a desk, a TV, and storage space. The private bathroom consists of a sink and a shower cubicle. The private kitchenette also includes a wall-mounted folding table, 2 chairs (behind the yellow curtain), a sink, a small fridge, a microwave, a pod coffee maker (Senseo), an electric kettle, and dishes. There is also a separate lavatory. Wifi is available. The outdoor area, consisting of a sheltered terrace and a small garden, is also accessible. On sunny days, we leave available a garden lounge, a table and chairs for eating outside. Guest access The “studio” is located on the ground floor of our house, and it allows guests to enjoy a very independent stay with a high level of privacy, while we live on the 2 upper floors. Access to the studio is through the main door of our house, then through the entrance hall, and finally through the garage. The access door to the studio, located in the garage, can be locked. On the day of your arrival, we will leave you a key to the house for you to come and go. During your stay We will always be available for every new guest check-in, to welcome them, give them instructions and agree on any arrangements that may be necessary (key handover, linens etc...) Other things to note Our place is located about a 15-minute walk from the Zénith de Dijon. By car, it takes less than 5 minutes. It is also located less than 500 m from the “La Vapeur” concert hall. About 100 meters from the property, there is a bus stop ("Roosevelt") for line 6 of the Divia network. By taking the "Longvic" direction, you can get to the center of Dijon (Place de la République) directly in about ten minutes. In the other direction, the bus can take you directly to the Toison d'Or shopping center in a few minutes. Just 100 meters from our place is the Stalingrad bakery (closed on Saturdays and Sundays). Just 800 meters away, on Place Granville, you will find a tobacco shop, a Japanese restaurant, a small pizzeria, a kebab shop, a pharmacy, 2 banks, and a post office. Registration Details 212310304724
