private entrance 2 bedroom, bath & kitchenette is basecamp & a home away from home. our centralized location in regards to the surrounding areas is delightful. we're just a mile west of where the river spills into Penobscot Bay at Ducktrap Beach, Lincolnville Beach & the Isleboro Ferry are 2 miles away. backroads that pass by Megunticook Lake and the ledges get you to Camden in 20 min. catch the moonrise over Frohock Mtn. from your bedroom window, and hear the fog horn from down the hill. The space 2 bedrooms kitchen/dining room bathroom private keyless entry Once you are through the front door, you will find the staircase that leads to the apartment, a coat and shoe closet, and a service door to the right that remains locked and only opens when breakfast is dropped off a la cart at the bottom of the stairs for guest to pick up at their convenience. the service door only opens from the inside, bnb guests do not have access to open the service door. During your stay I have a full time caretaker that assists in looking after the property and bnb needs. together we are here to assist you throughout the duration of your stay. the guest will have access to a phone number where host is always reachable at Other things to note The apartment is separate but attached to the rest of the house which is my private residence. there are two goats named Phoebe and Biscuit who reside in the fenced in back yard and I have a dog named Bhokan. all the animals are friendly. if guests want to, they are welcome to socialize with them.
