Guest access You will have access to the condominium's common areas. * The pool with a nice view of the jungle that is on the rooftop. (please don't forget to use the showers before) * Bar to enjoy a nice sunset. *Dining room for 6 people on the rooftop. *Sun loungers for sunbathing, don't forget to put on the towel to use them. * On the third level, there is a coworking space/lounge so that you have a quiet place to work or spend a pleasant time. *On the second level, there is a very well-equipped gym. * Outside the condominium there is free parking, also a place to put your bicycles. Other things to note Tulum is experiencing unprecedented growth and therefore the infrastructure can sometimes fail, resulting in the loss of water, electricity or internet. This is beyond anyone's control and is a nuisance that visitors to Tulum should understand is possible. Therefore, as is customary in most Iler properties, no refunds are offered if one of these problems occurs. We can promise to do our best to restore all services as soon as possible. It should also be noted that this is a private home and not a hotel, so if you require additional cleaning, replacement of materials or bed linens or towels, there will be an extra cost.
