Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house, is locked and is used exclusively by our guests. In the neighborhood there is a Demeter farm with a sales kiosk where fresh products are available day and night. Guest access There is a guest parking space that is always kept free during your stay. The large garden with children's playground is shared by our long-term tenants and our Airbnb guests. Other things to note We are a "non-smoking" place! House. There is a smoking corner in the outdoor area, by the guest parking lot The laundry room in the basement is available to our guests by appointment. Once a week, the use of 2 washing machines and dryers is included in the price.
