15. New room in Atocha

Room in a shared apartment with 4 roommates. It is a mixed apartment with a common bathroom, it does not have a living room and the atmosphere is quiet. The common areas are cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff, so everything is kept clean and cared for. The space The room has a 90x190 bed, a study desk, a mirror and a bedside table. There is no closet, there is a coat rack outside the room in the community hallway. A set of sheets, duvet and pillow is included. You will find the room as you see it in the photos, and you can also see a video of it in my ig 📲 The common areas are cleaned by a professional who comes two days a week, so the apartment is kept clean and cared for. The atmosphere in the apartment is quiet as parties are not allowed and no smoking, no pets allowed. We are focused on rentals for long stays, so there will be no new comrades coming in and out of the apartment continuously. 📝 To book, a rental contract is made, a security deposit is paid as a guarantee deposit that you recover upon departure and €300 is requested for administrative expenses. Electricity and gas costs are not included in the rental price. Upon arrival, the bills are divided between the 5 roommates and each one pays 1/5 of the bill, which will be approximately €30 per month. Guest access The common areas are shared with 4 long-term companions. It does not have a living room. There is a full kitchen, equipped with a message, large refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle and capsule coffee machine. The bathroom is renovated with a shower and a shower enclosure. All rooms have windows: kitchen, bathroom, hallway and bedroom. Other things to note •⚡️ Maximum speed internet (1 Gb fiber). • 🏠 The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator. • 🧖‍♀️A communal hand towel and shower mat are provided, which are renewed weekly. Individual shower towels are NOT included. • 🧹 The monthly price includes 2 weekly cleanings of the common areas, keeping the apartment always tidy and cared for. 🧺 Additionally, you can hire a room cleaning service, with a change of sheets, for €20. • ⏰ Check-in after 8:00 PM has a surcharge of €30. Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible.
