Tenuta Dei Vicini is situated in the idyllic commune of Moasca and has been completely renovated from 2021 to 2023, now offering 3 guest apartments for max 4 people each. It is perfect for travellers who wish to experience the authentic Italian way of life; go for a wine tasting at one of our neighbours, make a day trip to Alba or Barolo or simply relax at the pool or the seating area in front of your apartment whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine. The space The Apartment Arneis is the most spacious apartment we have on offer. It is roughly 90 square meters in size with a large living room with kitchen featuring two very large glass sliding doors offering a wide view into the garden and onto you private terrace, two spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom with walk-in rainshower and a shared pool. The industrial style of the apartment is complemented by authentic Piedmontese features like the vaulted ceilings. And the large windows allow for ample light to come into the apartment. A perfect space for a family, group of friend or two couples. You have the option to configure the setup of the beds, allowing you to have either a 2 single bed setup or a kingsize bed setup. Guest access Next to your own private apartment and terrace, you can make use of the shared pool, a covered patio with BBQ, the kids playground and a variety of seating arrangement on our property. Other things to note The hills surrounding Tenuta Dei Vicini are surrounded by pitoresque villages and lots of local wineries and restaurants.
