Would you like to be based right in the heart of the city, in one of Lisbon's busiest avenues with the São Sebastião metro station 2 meters from the building entrance ? This 150 square meter apartment is 11 minutes by metro from the downtown and 25 minutes from the airport. Here you can have easy access to all parts of the city and at the same time many restaurants and cafeterias nearby. The space - 3 bedrooms - 1 Queen bed (160x200 / 63"x79") and 2 double beds (140x200 / 55"x79" ). Orthopedic visco-elastic mattresses. - 2 bathrooms - 1 living room - 1 dining room (far from the kitchen) - 1 huge sunroom / laundry area - kitchen, - Please note: three rooms are currently locked as they store our belongings, and are not visible in the pictures. - 4th floor without elevator (In USA the european 4th floor MEANS 5th floor). Carrying BIG suitcases up and down the stairs could be a nightmare for some guests. There are 3 flights of stairs per floor. - Vinyl flooring - Ikea forniture - NO AC! Despite the bathrooms and kitchen that were renovated 8 years ago, this classic apartment was built in the 30s and retains almost all the original aspects (solid wood doors and shutters). Two bedrooms are not really luminous, their windows faces an inner courtyard. The apartment is not complety soundproofed such as newer buildings / Hotels. Temperature: there is NO AC. We provide heaters for the winter and fans for the summer. There is no acoustic or thermal comfort comparable to that of hotels or new buildings. This is a private unit in a residencial building from the 30s. In case of being a very demanding guest We recommend to book an Hotel where you can find a very modern building structure with daily cleaning services. If you prefer modern accommodations or find it difficult to adapt to older buildings we recommend considering more recently built options. Other things to note Our check in starts at 4pm. However it is possible to come after 11:30am to drop off your luggage but confirm with us first. There is no early check ins and no late check outs. We do not recommend a 4th floor without elevator for guests with children or guests with mobility problems or heavy luggage.
