Enjoy the yoga mats for morning stretches by the pool or the hammock for a nap. Breakfast foods & coffee/tea. The space Two smart TVs, one inside 55 inch and one outside 42 inch. The patio has a sectional and table with chairs for 4. Inside, you will find a comfortable space with a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, air fryer, dishes, and silverware. Beach towels along with bath towels & wash clothes. Queen-size bed memory foam with linens. A desk for computer and workspace. Access to washer & dryer. This is a studio efficiency. Breakfast items for your mornings. Fire pit includes 1 full propane tank. If you wish to have it refilled you are welcome to do this yourself, otherwise I can refill it for a $30 fee. Guest access You will access through the side gate with a code that will open the gate and the same code for the door into your space. Gates must be locked 24/7 and kept locked after entering and exiting the property. Other things to note DO NOT change any pool settings as this could result in fees for the pool company to come out and reset. Fees start at $250. Fire pit includes 1 full propane tank. If you wish to have it refilled you are welcome to do this yourself, otherwise I can refill it for a $30 fee. Walk to State Fairgrounds.
