Amarú51 (Vacation Home)

Amarú 51 is a contemporary-style vacation home in Condominio Amarú del Pacífico, a gated community with 24-hour security, on Calle Vieja (Old Road) to Punta Leona, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. Our home is just 10 minutes from Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca in Punta Leona Resort and a short drive away from other beaches, natural preserves, adventures, attractions, tours, restaurants, and markets around the Tárcoles and Jaco regions (Central Pacific Coast). The space Our home has three air conditioning areas, a private swimming pool, two bedrooms (one with a king bed and another with two queen beds), two full bathrooms with walking showers, a spacious and comfortable living room, a breakfast table for two, a large breakfast counter for four, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, a coffee maker, an air fryer, a toaster, a large refrigerator, a convection oven, four ceiling fans, a covered patio with a table for six, an external shower, privacy fence, a sink and counter area in the backyard, laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer, parking for two vehicles, and 24-hours security. Guest access You will have exclusive access and use of the entire home. My staff will enter the house and backyard (with your permission) to maintain the swimming pool, take care of the landscaping, clean the house, or repair any issues you might have. You share the trail along the property perimeter, sidewalks, children’s playground, and Club House with other residents and their guests. The Club House’s swimming pool and Picnic Area are open to everyone and cannot be reserved. But, whoever gets to the Picnic Area BBQ first has priority until they leave. In the case of the Entertainment Room, I can book it for you in advance for free. But you are responsible for leaving it as you found it, returning the billiard balls to security, and picking up the trash at the end of the day. Other things to note Water, electricity, and telecommunications services are underground, including a fiber optical cable that provides Cable TV (with 50+ national and international channels) and high-speed Internet access (200 MB downstream and 200 MB upstream) designed to work remotely or stay connected with family and friends (with full video and audio). It has three Smart TVs, which you can program with your Netflix and Amazon Prime profiles to watch movies, series, or events. A legal agreement between Punta Leona Resort and Condominio Amarú del Pacifico will give you FREE & EXCLUSIVE access to the parking lot next to “Playa Mantas” (Mantas Beach). If you feel adventurous, you can also walk 10 minutes to “Playa Blanca” (White Beach) through the ridge that separates both beaches. Playa Blanca and Playa Mantas hold the “Ecological Blue Flag” and have turquoise water and a thick backing of the jungle. Because of their beauty, Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca are popular spots. Please remember that if you are not a member of Punta Leona Resort, you cannot use their facilities or be on their property grounds. You must use the public facilities next to the parking lot. No exceptions!
