Please note! From the end of May until approximately the end of this year, renovation work will be taking place in our private home, which is located right next to the vacation home. So, this will cause some noise nuisance, especially during the week and during the day. Very spacious, quiet home. Rural location yet close to various amenities. The property is divided into 2 completely private areas: 1 area is a vacation home, and 1 area is a private residence. The space You enter the property through a private entrance. Ground floor: On the lower floor is a spacious entrance hall with a separate toilet. Then you continue to the open kitchen connected to the living room. The living room features a spacious corner sofa and a separate sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a cozy wood-burning stove there. At the end of May, the 2 sleeping places on the sofa bed will be in a separate room. There will be 2 single beds next to each other. The toilet will also be in that room. Floor: On the floor are 3 spacious bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with toilet and bath. Outside: You can go past the living room through a sliding door to the adjoining terrace. Parking is available next to the driveway. Other things to note The vacation home is located in the natural Wachtebeke, with its many assets. This is the perfect starting point for the start of walks or bike rides. The heath forest and monastery forest are nearby! Or discover our beautiful Moervaart by kayak/canoe. The provincial domain of Puyenbroeck with public swimming pool, playground and beautiful fauna and flora is also just a 10-minute drive away. Bakery, supermarket, fries, butcher, etc. are located in the city center at 3 kilometers. If you still want to go into the city, Ghent, Terneuzen and Hulst are within 30 minutes' drive. The vacation home is adjacent to our private home. However, during the renovation, we carefully ensured that the 2 homes are completely private and closed off from each other. Only the use of the driveway is partly common, but once past that you will enjoy your own entrance, house, garden with terrace.
