A very cosy hillside guest suite and quiet location in the Eagle Rock hills. The place is about 400 sq ft with a lot of amenities plus an outdoor sitting garden tucked under a mature elm tree. Situated between historic old town Pasadena and trendy Highland Park. Minutes from the Rose Bowl,DTLA, Hollywood,Universal Studios and the Angeles National Forest. And walking distance from many local restaurants, coffee shops and groceries stores. Home to Occidental College and nearby Cal tech and JPL. The space A short walk up our driveway and a few stairs leads to the studio's separate entrance via keypad, updated for each new guests. There is an handrail to go up the four stairs to access the concrete landing to the studio’s entrance.The landing also has an full length handrail for safety. The space is fully furnished, 1-comfortable queen size bed 1-leather sleeper sofa that unfolds to a queen size foam mattress. 1-round dining table with 2 chairs. A 43 inch TV with streaming services : (Paramount +,Hulu,Netflix ,Apple TV +,Amazon prime videos) There is a small kitchenette with a sink and micro wave, all utensils and glassware, a Keurig coffee maker with unlimited pods,a milk frother and a tea kettle. A spacious walk in closet with plenty of storage, a full length mirror, a full size refrigerator with top freezer,iron and ironing board,air dryer,clothing rack,extra blankets and pillows. The place is equipped with a ductless split AC system and also has a table fan with remote. Please keep in mind that we leave onsite,you will be on the lower level of our home, we have done a lot of soundproofing to the space but you might hear some muffled noises. Guest access Beside the studio is a little grassy sitting area ,tucked under a tree,with a small bench, two patio chairs and a little bistro table for our guests to use.The patio is elevated from the street,it’s not fenced but totally safe to use for adults. Other things to note Host live on site. ONLY bookings for 2 guests are allowed,no extra guests are allowed in the apartment under any circumstances and is strictly enforced. There is NO full kitchen,only a small kitchenette with a sink and a microwave,a toaster, a tea kettle,and a Keurig coffee machine,plates,glasses and utensils,you will not be able to cook in the apartment,it’s also a fire safety issue. The access to the studio requires a walk up our driveway,it might be steep for some guests. We live on a hill,so if you are walking to local businesses and food places,remember there will be some walking up hill to do.. No pets are allowed in the studio. There are complementary treats,waters,milk&half and half at your arrival for you to enjoy. Trash pick up is on Tuesdays around 6:30 am. There is no full kitchen,no stove or oven in the apartment. There is an extra set of bed sheets,comforter,extra blankets in the closet for the pull out bed. The apartment is cleaned and sanitized after each guest following the Airbnb cleaning guidelines.
