Les Gites du Lac, La Chevrolière The space In the heart of the charming town of La Chevrolière, 15 km from Nantes, Les Gîtes du Lac is an old cellar and an old stable of the farm of yesteryear (19th century). Old-fashioned charm with its exposed stone walls and oak beams combining modern comforts. Our 2 cottages were completely renovated in 2023. Close to all amenities and 2 steps from nature by taking the La Coulée Verte hiking trail. The "La Cave" cottage is a 30 m2 studio, quite suitable for a single person, a couple or a family of 4. You will be seduced by its private flowered terrace. Here is its composition: separate toilet/bathroom - Fitted and equipped kitchen: 3-burner induction stove, hood, microwave oven, small fridge under worktop with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster – Bed 2 people 140x190 + convertible sofa bed 140x190 (very good bed) – 6kg washing machine – ironing board and iron – hair dryer – TV - large closet – independent entrance – private terrace of about 15 m² facing east with garden furniture – private and free parking space – baby kit made available free of charge when booking, which must be returned cleaned (high chair, bathtub, changing mat, umbrella bed). Beds made on arrival – Optional towels (€7/person) Non-smoking cottage – Pets not allowed. Fiber optics Internet access. We also have another, larger gîte, suitable for 4 to 6 people, in the same stone farmhouse. In this "L'Ecurie" cottage, we adapt to your sleeping needs. Each room is equipped with 2 single beds of 90 cm, which can be joined on request thanks to an effective hook system. So you can enjoy a 180 cm king size bed! The 160 cm sofa bed also offers a very good bed in the living room. A private terrace will delight your meals or a simple moment of relaxation outdoors! Guest access Our vacationers' spaces are private and independent. We live in the house across the street. The farm of yesteryear has given way to a small subdivision where calm and tranquility reign. All our guests are seduced by the calm and proximity of the village! You can get your bread on foot. What a pleasure! Parking is free and reserved only for our guests, at the entrance of the cottage.
