Elegant townhouse in family area

Elegant family home in a leafy area of Brighton. Really special house for a family with huge garden, hot tub, and lots of space for kids to play (including a kids fort and big trampoline in the garden). Superbly located for access to parks, town, and train in to London. Set in a leafy area of Brighton, it’s a 20/30 minute walk in to the north Laines of Brighton. We have three kids (under 10 years) so house is ideally set up for families, with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The space The house is Edwardian and as a result has tall ceilings and lots of period features. We've had the house for three years now and slowly doing it up - what we've done, we think it lovely and well done, but we still have some bits to do, so it's not top notch. Guest access Guests will be able to access all parts of the house and garden except for my husband's office (on the top floor) which will be locked up with our precious bits (and the kids lego!). Other things to note We have a regular weekly cleaner which we'll pay to keep on during the course of your stay (if that's okay with you).
