This resort is one of the closest properties we have from Walt Disney World and only a fifteen-minute drive away. Universal Studios is just thirty minutes away . The lavish and extravagant Lucaya Village Resort is a gated community with electronic locks and security as the safety of you and your guests is one of Plenitude Villas top priorities. You can put your mind at ease while you enjoy all the amenities that Lucaya Village has to offer, including a magnificent clubhouse and resort style pool and hot tub! The Clubhouse has a small bakery and café, basketball courts, a small area with access to computers and a playground and playroom for the kids. You are also close to a grocery store, able to arrange all your transportation needs and rental cars or purchase theme park tickets right there in the Clubhouse. Villa Harbour has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: The Firts Floor - Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed (Private Bathroom) and second floor: Bedroom 2: 1 FULL AND 1 TWIN • Bedroom 3: 1 FULL AND 1 TWIN and 1 Full Bathroom At The End Of The Hall. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exact décor may vary Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp. Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs. HOUSEKEEPING: All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival. FOOD: Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay. GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL: Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the others circumstances Other things to note STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel, 1 trash bag . No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. * No wash cloths provided. HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.
