Gorgeous, super clean, oceanfront 2 bed 2 bath condo.. Master has king bed with new mattress. Updated kitchen & baths. Upscale building with lots of amenities . Only about an hour from Palm Beach airport. 3 month minimum rental. $100 application fee. No pets and no smoking/vaping allowed. Cleaning fee $150. Additional/extra fee of $250 if we detect smoke/cigarette/cigar/pipe/pot/vape etc smell in the condo. Free washers and dryers on same floor.
