Apartment in the countryside

The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Haute Savoie chalet, facing south, between Geneva and Annecy. A perfect location for couples or families, to visit the surroundings and access the various activities in the region. The village offers pleasant walks or bike rides. All shops are about a 5-minute drive from the property. You can enjoy a view of the Alps in peace and in the countryside, in a 3000 square meter garden. The space 60 square meter apartment on the ground floor, facing south, completely renovated in 2022. It has an entrance, a living room with TV (Amazon Prime available), a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with a large double bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with an Italian shower. The kitchen is equipped with induction stovetop, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, toaster The apartment has a separate entrance, a semi-covered terrace with table and chairs and a garden with deckchairs and garden furniture. The bottom of the garden is accessible for guests. For the summer season, barbecue and plancha available. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet. The apartment is completely independent, we live above. For winter, snow tires are essential in case of snow. We have a large yard where you can park without any problems. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Attention for tall people, the ceiling height is 2.10 cm!!!! Other things to note Annecy is about a 25-minute drive and Geneva is about 35 minutes. Many walks are located around the apartment and in the immediate vicinity. (Lac des Dronières, Biches Park, Salève) The ski resorts are about 1 hour away. Numerous activities and tours are available nearby: - swimming pool 5 minutes away between June and September, Vitam Parc 20 minutes away - horseback riding 2 minutes away, pony ride for children - Ponts de la Caille - Santa's village (year-round) - tree climbing (summer) - scarecrow park - paragliding About 1 hour drive: - Chamonix - Glières plateau (walking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing) - Semnoz plateau (walk, summer sledging) - Col de la Forclaz (walk, paragliding over Lake Annecy) - Chambéry - Evian and Thonon-les-Bains - Yvoire In Switzerland, daytime activities: -Geneva (Lake Geneva, botanical garden, water jet, museums...) - Gruyère village, visit to the cheese factory - Maison Cailler (chocolate factory) - Lausanne, Nyon We own two cats that walk around the house and in the unfenced garden.
