Cottage in the countryside

Our home is a spacious detached country house with 2000 square metres of green spaces surrounding it. It was built in the 80s and it is located very close to the mountains for great hikes and within a residential areas of other 34 houses, with common areas like parks, big swimming pool, and basketball and football areas. It is 5 minute drive from the nearest town, Albatera, and it is a great location to discover the area, 20 minutes from Elche, Alicante or Murcia, vibrant cities to discover. The space The house has a big and spacious living room with fireplace, and three master bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds for children, 1 bathroom, a big kitchen, and a detached barbacue.We also have children's toys and bicycles, and we have 2 small children ourselves. We experience relax and quietness in our house, and our children feel free and love being outdoors, as the weather is so pleasant and nice in our area nearly all around the year! Guest access Our house is situated close to the mountains but a short drive to some of the best beaches in the area: Arenales, La Marina, Guardamar, Santa Pola or Torrevieja, just to mention some. Living in our house, you can relax and enjoy the nature and the good weather almost all year round, and be outdoors most of the time, either in the house grass or porch or in the great community areas: the pools overlooking the mountains, the football and basketball courts or the parks, close to the house, and the neighbours are well-coming and always helpful, as we have known each other since we were little and grew up together! And if you feel like visiting busier places, the big cities are just 15-20 minutes by car, and there is so much to see and visit there... Enjoy! Other things to note You can relax and enjoy the nature and the great community area for children. It is only 20 minutes from vibrant cities like Elche, Murcia or Alicante. You will love the great swimming pool in summer and the barbacue!
