All reservations include a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 (plus taxes) upon booking. Booking is paid in four payments: • 25% of total price due upon booking. • 25% due 90 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 90 days before check-in. • 25% due 60 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 60 days before check-in. • 25% due 30 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 30 days before check-in. • Refunds will only be given to the extent and to the amount that Owner is able to rebook the home for that same time period. EXTRA CLEANING MEASURES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE, AND THE HOME HAS BEEN DEEP CLEANED AND SANITIZED IN BETWEEN GUESTS. The minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. This property does NOT allow pets. Rate includes linens, bath towels, beach towels, starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper and soaps, plus beach equipment furnished. Want pool heat? It can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). 3-7 nights minimum.
