There is a $1000 fee per occurrence. - The front gate opens manually. - Please drive at 10 miles per hour max when coming into and going out the neighborhood. The space - The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. - You can park inside the garage just be mindful of oil dripping on the concrete. There is a garage opener inside the property. - Garbage collection is every Thursday so if you are staying on a Wednesday the garbage cans need to be placed outside for collection the next morning. - Washer and dryer are provided but you need to bring your own washing detergent.
