This awesome 4 bedroom/3 bathroom cabin sits just 15 minutes from the south entrance of Yosemite, 15 minutes from Bass Lake, and 10 minutes to downtown Oakhurst! Amazing hiking just right out the door. -Propane firepit seating area -Arcade games and air hockey table -Kitchen stocked with lots of cookware and updated appliances -Great bbq grill -Your own creekside mini park with seating and picnic tables! -Level 2 EV Charger -Washer and Dryer -Parking for up to 8 cars -Nearby community pond with blue gill, bass, and crappie fishing -Located just 25 mins from the South Gate of Yosemite, 15 mins from Bass Lake and 10 mins from Oakhurst Bedroom/Bath Configuration: Main Level: Bedroom #1- One Queen Bed with en suite Bathroom #1 (sleeps 2) Bedroom #2- One Queen Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom #3- One King Bed, 2 Bunk Beds** with Twins over Full (sleeps 8) Bathroom #2 is off the living room Downstairs DETACHED studio: One King Bed and 2 Bunk Beds** with twin over twin (sleeps 4) Please note: The downstairs bedroom/Bathroom #3 are NOT attached internally to the rest of the cabin. It has its own entry and is great for those wanting a bit more privacy from the rest of the group. This mountain house receives water from an artesian well, which is rich in minerals. We have a water company that professionally services the water to regulate color and smell. But this is mountain living and you may still see some discoloration from the minerals. Please just let the water run for 10 seconds or until the color dissipates.
 There is no lifeguard on duty for the hot tub, koi pond, or creek. By booking this property, guest acknowledges they will use at their own risk. Welcome Guide - One week prior to arrival, we will text you a link to an online welcome guide. It will have your special door code, address, items provided, and much more! Access to Yosemite and Nearby Attractions- Yosemite National Park, like many others across the United States, has implemented a reservation system in recent years to manage visitor numbers effectively. We highly recommend that visitors planning a trip to Yosemite stay informed by regularly checking the National Parks websites and affiliated sources for any updates regarding the reservation system. While we strive to provide our guests with an exceptional experience, it's important to note that access to Yosemite or nearby attractions cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak seasons. By staying informed and flexible, visitors can better navigate their travel plans and make the most out of their trip to this beautiful region. 
Kitchen- The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cookware, cups, silverware, and more! Our housekeeping team leaves out salt, pepper, and a can of cooking spray. Friends, family, and other guests sometimes leave spices, aluminum foil or ziploc bags at the home. You are most welcome to use any of these items, but if something is particularly crucial to the success of your meals, we do recommend bringing it along with you. 
Linens- Our vacation homes are some of the few in the Yosemite area to use professionally laundered linens. All linens are professionally serviced for each and every reservation. The linens are washed in commercial grade washers with stronger hypoallergenic detergent than you would find in a residential washer. All linens are then pressed with an iron at 300° F, vs. a standard home dryer that only reaches 160°. You are not likely to find this level of service in other vacation homes. 
**Bunkbeds- Please note that due to California Worker’s Compensation restrictions, housekeeping will not be able to make the top bunk prior to arrival. Fresh sheets, bedding, and pillows are absolutely provided for it though! 
Fireplace/Firepits- Kindly note that any type of wood burning is typically unavailable in the summer and fall months, due to heightened fire risk in the area. Propane firepits and BBQ grills are usable year round. Since the property has an adequate heating system, firewood is not provided. You are most welcome to bring any for your own ambiance if you wish, or you may use any that might be at the property left by friends, family, or other guests. Hot Tub- There is no lifeguard on duty for the hot tub. Please use at your own risk. We kindly ask that you shower prior to entering the hot tub. Pet Friendly- This property is NOT pet friendly! 
Parking- There is enough parking for 6-8 cars at this property. We appreciate you not exceeding the maximum parking limit. Many of the local roads are privately owned and privately maintained. Please be mindful to obey speed laws and drive slowly in residential neighborhoods! Other things to note As mentioned prior in the listing, the 4th bedroom is DETACHED from the upstairs. This language is being included in the listing from day one! Early or Late Check-ins- Early check ins are often difficult for our team to accommodate. If you would like to check in early, please reach out to us after 2PM on the day of your arrival so we can check with our team. If you need guaranteed early check in, we recommend booking the night before your arrival so that you may check in as early as you wish. For checkout, most vacation homes have a 10AM check out in our area. We provide an 11AM checkout, and unfortunately can rarely offer a later checkout.

 Occupancy- Maximum occupancy of 16 guests regardless of age. Infants are included in the total. This is strictly enforced. No having events/weddings/large dinner gatherings/guests over just to visit.

 Security Cameras- There are external only cameras on the premises that face certain entrance points of the home.

 Chains- California Highway Patrol and the National Park Service may require chains in wintery/snowy/icy conditions. Please ensure you are bringing a vehicle and necessary equipment capable of navigating in these conditions.

 Insurance- Travel Insurance is provided as an option during the checkout process. Please note that as hosts, we cannot protect your trip from flight delays, illnesses, weather, job loss, or other circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. We truly wish we could! We STRONGLY suggest purchasing some type of Travel Insurance so that you may protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

 Mail- Due to locked neighborhood mailboxes, we ask you not mail anything to the property. You are most welcome to mail items to our office (Love Yosemite! Vacation Rentals) in Oakhurst. Please reach out to us to make arrangements. Calling Us - After booking, you are always welcome to call us at our main phone number, 24/7. That number does not receive text messages, but you will receive a text from us after booking and you can respond to that text thread any time you like. We check text messages regularly during the day and early evening. Please note this property is nestled in the breathtaking Sierra Nevada Mountain Range, offering a serene escape into nature. However, being in such a pristine environment means that you may occasionally encounter some of nature's residents, such as ants, spiders, insects, mice, and cobwebs. We take every precaution, including regularly scheduled professional pest control to minimize these occurrences, but they are a natural part of the mountain experience and may get past our defenses from time to time. If you do notice any of this during your stay, please let us know so we can promptly address them and ensure your comfort.
