This pet-friendly 3-bedroom cabin is tucked just outside downtown Dahlonega and the University of North Georgia—close to everything, but still private enough to relax and unwind. The space Whether you’re here to explore or stay in, there’s plenty to enjoy. Spend your time in the fully loaded garage game room (ping pong, pool, air hockey, darts, foosball), soak in the hot tub under the string lights, or gather around the fire pit for a laid-back evening. One of our favorite ways to start the day is with a cup of coffee in the sunroom—it’s quiet, cozy, and a great way to ease into the morning. The Space This three-story cabin is perfect for groups who want room to spread out: •Upstairs loft: King bed (no bathroom) •Main floor: -King bedroom with TV -Full bathroom in the hallway -Cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace -French doors leading to a covered porch •Lower level: Master suite with king bed + private bathroom TV room with a 70” TV Sunroom Daybed with twin trundle for extra sleeping space Property Notes: - The driveway allows for up to four cars, but it is one only one car wide. There is room to park two additional cars off the side of the road if necessary. Parking is not allowed in the garage since it is used as the game room. Parking in the garage will result in a $250 fee. - The loft bedroom is set back enough to have privacy, but it does not have a door. Important things to know: • Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you've added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description. • We provide 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, starter toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens. • We have firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • We have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily.
