Traditional Welsh cottage in a stunning location with easy access to the Wales Coast Path which offers beautiful walks and views across to the coast and surrounding countryside. The cottage is also within walking distance from the historic town of Criccieth. Enjoy the large private garden at the back, with patio and garden furniture for your comfort. The cottage is a cosy space for two persons and is ideal for short and longer stays. The space On arrival, parking is situated conveniently at the back of the property. As you walk down the path to the cottage door you will find the garden and patio area for your own use. Enter the cottage from the back door, which opens to a small porch with plenty of space for coats and shoes. On the ground floor, a well equipped kitchen has all the amenities required and includes a comfortable farmhouse style table and benches for dining in. Tea, coffee and milk are provided for you on arrival, together with a welcome basket. Across from the kitchen is a large pantry where a fridge freezer is positioned for your use during your stay. Also on the ground floor is the well spaced bathroom with bath with overhead shower, wash basin, wc and towel rail. The lounge area has a large comfortable corner sofa, soft lightings, smart TV and an electric fireplace for chilly evenings. Upstairs, the front bedroom with lovely sea views, includes a double bed with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, chair and mirror. There are hooks on the wall and door for you to hang clothes. The back bedroom has a small double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and an open wardrobe with shelves for additional storage. The hairdryer is stored in this bedroom. The front door opens to a small garden and gate. Guest access All of the cottage and front and back garden, patio with garden furniture and parking area. You are welcome to contact host if you wish to bring bikes etc to store securely in the garage. Other things to note Check in is available any day. Please note, the cottage is situated on the main Criccieth to Pwllheli road, however the cottage windows are triple glazed. Guests are welcome to visit the family dairy farm (which is located just over the road), to watch our cows being milked!
