Propane "Buddy" heater + 1 tank (5-hour cozy boost) Lanterns, rugs, and sweet little touches to make it feel like a retreat Outdoor community kitchen w/ propane cooktops, firepit + some wood, sink, spices, and cookware 🚿Outdoor seasonal shower w/ hot water🚿 🚻Access to OUTHOUSE (port-a-pot) on the way in 🚿 Guest House Shower Access: ❓Ask first! It's sometimes booked for private events, so availability isn’t guaranteed — but if it's open, you're welcome to rinse off in style. 🐕 Bringing a pup? Crate your playful pooch if unattended. The canvas, zippers & screens are vulnerable to excited paws. 🚫 Refrain from using the screens if pup scratches at doors. 🐾 💧 Stellar well water available on-site — fill up your bottles and taste the difference! 🔥 Want to light the buddy propane heater? Plan to arrive before dark so we can show you how! After 8 PM, you’ll need to be 100% self-sufficient. Got questions before 9 PM? Give us a call! 🚨 Emergency? Is it bleeding or a fire? Then ring the doorbell or bang on the door — Brandon, our pup, will wake us right up. Heads up: For non-emergencies like “Where do I park?” or “Where’s the water?” please check the map, read the check in welcome letter— my cell off after hours. 🌟 You’ll share the land with: – Brandon the black & white ranch pup (pro socializer) – Barnie the ginger barn cat (feral rescue—gentle vibes only) – Friendly horses and curious chickens 🐓🐴 – Your kind hosts doing chores (say hi!) - Other happy guests camping and lodging - Staf (both inside the guesthouse and out around camp). 🚫 No pets in the Guest House 🚫 No loud partying (we rise early) 📍Kicksy-Wicksy sits on 20 private acres off a country road, where you can wander freely, catch shooting stars, or find our hidden labyrinth. ✅ Best for campers who are cool with rustic, tidy with shared spaces, and happy to be self-sufficient after 9 PM.
