The living space features a large sectional sleeper sofa, 55” smart TV, and cozy reading nooks—plus a private balcony with outdoor seating for enjoying Denver sunsets. Upstairs, retreat to the lofted king suite with an en suite bathroom and generous storage. Downstairs, an additional half bath, in-unit washer/dryer, and a dedicated office space with a desk make it easy to balance work and play. Please note: • This home is pet-friendly (up to 2 well-behaved dogs, max 50 lbs each, fees apply).
