The space This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom waterfront property is situated on Harmon's Habor in Georgetown, Maine. From the deck or inside the home, you will be able to see the loons peacefully explore the harbor below. Complete with a Jacuzzi tub for the ultimate spa vacation in our Jack & Jill upstairs bathroom. New A/C units installed in 2023 for those hot summer days! A spacious kitchen for the whole family, with an open layout connecting the living and dining room. Guest access For the duration of your stay, you will have unlimited access to the property including no disturbances from neighbors. Georgetown itself is a rather rural, quiet, and peaceful island and this location is no different. Without a neighbor in sight, you are welcome to roam as you please. Enjoy the quiet life and experience the healing benefits the ocean has to offer! Other things to note Reid State Park is 1.5 miles from this location. We offer a park pass for ultimate access allowing one car free admission to the park. Reid State Park is home to the mile-long beach, picnic areas, scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean & Sheepscott River, and safe lagoons & tide pools for young swimmers or adventurers. Five Islands Village is also just 1.5 miles in the other direction from the home. Complete with a lobster pound & the Love Nest Grill, it is the perfect and most fresh lunch spot around. Five Islands Farm is just a mile down the road housing a local artisan market with handcrafted goods and produce. Offering wines, local cheeses and more, it is the ideal upscale convenience stop. Blue at Grey Havens Inn is an exquisite five-star dining restaurant here on Georgetown Island. Home to Chef Esau Crosby's incredibly fresh and seasonal dishes, it is surely a meal you will remember for the rest of your life. Make a reservation ahead of time to secure your table!
