From Tulm Bay it is a very short walk to Duntulm Castle and the shoreline further down the road. It is also home to a family of sheep in the field in front of the cottage. Tulm Bay's lounge is spacious with a large window to take in the sea views. There is a sofa in the lounge with pouffe and two armchairs. There is also a basket chair and a set of nesting tables. There is a flat screen TV with freesat box and DVD player. The door from the lounge leads on to the kitchen where there is a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, toaster and fridge freezer. There is plenty of worktop to prepare your meals From the kitchen you enter the utility room with washing machine and boiler. On going to the right down the hallway you will find the family bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The master bedroom is a double with two bedside tables, two lamps and a chest of drawers. There is an ensuite in this room with toilet, sink and walk in shower. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, a bedside cabinet and lamp. There is a wardrobe in this room and a mirror. The third bedroom is a single room with single bed, bedside table, lamp, and wardrobe. There is a cot and highchair available at the property. Outside there is a large garden area from which to enjoy the beautiful views. There is parking for up two cars is available on the drive way. The gate must be kept closed at all times as there is livestock in the area. Strictly no pets as this is a working croft and the owner has sheep in the fields surrounding the cottage. Please be aware that Tulm Bay is located in a remote part of the Island and is accessed via single track roads.
