Remodeled one bedroom home perfect for affordable, yet comfortable travel for small groups of people. The home has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. The home also has a private yard and off street parking with high speed internet and WIFI. The home is located less than 3 minutes from the airport! The space Unwind in this beautifully remodeled little cottage in West Fairbanks. Whether sitting outside in your private fenced-in yard or getting comfortable in the well-appointed interior and watching a movie on the flat screen, you will find that this little home has it all! When you arrive, there will be cold bottled water and snacks waiting for you along with a Keurig and pods and a regular coffee pot for coffee. We also stock other snacks like oatmeal, chips, noodles, and granola bars. The kitchen is fully stocked with full selection of large and small appliances along with all of the cook and bakeware you will need to prepare delicious meals. The home has been remodeled from top to bottom with a new kitchen and bathroom, LED lighting and hardwood and carpet floors throughout the home. There are two smart flat screens TV's in the home with high-speed Wi-Fi to sit back and relax while watching your favorite shows and movies on Netflix and Hulu. The one bedroom has a queen bed with a quality mattress and bedding, and a full-size washer and dryer. The sofa with a chaise lounge folds out to become a full size bed for two. If you are travelling with little ones we do have a high chair at the home, and pack and play available upon request. The home is located on the westside of Fairbanks and is close to downtown, grocery stores, The University of Alaska Museum and other local attractions. Chena Hot Springs is about 1 hour away and Denali National Park is about 2.5 hours away. The bus line and bike paths are just one block away!
