Villa Buena Vista

Relax and unwind in this spacious, fully remodeled 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and Buck Island! Villa Buena Vista is located in The Reef, a gated east end community with beach, 9-hole golf course, swimming pool, pickleball/tennis courts, pro shop, and restaurant. Enjoy the well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, peninsula bar, open concept living area, and two outdoor living areas. Each bedroom offers an ocean view with king bed and ensuite bathroom. The space Our condo is very close to the pool as it is right out the back door, less than a one minute walk. The patios are very private, with the front patio offering one of the best views at The Reef. The restaurant below, Duggans Reef, is one of the best on the island, well known for fresh lobster. We are a five minute drive to Point Udall, the easternmost part of the United States. The 9-hole golf course also offers 18-hole disc golf. Pickle ball tennis courts are at the bottom of the hill. We have coolers, snorkelgear, and beach towels available for your use. There are steps up to the condo as well as steps in the condo, as there are three levels. Guest access Register at The Reef office when you arrive. It is to your right as you drive into the complex. There will be a fob on the kitchen counter for gate access. The pool has floaties, etc. and a large shaded poolside pavilion for your use. Inquire at The Reef office if you would like to rent use of the pickle ball/tennis courts. The golf pro shop has carts/clubs to rent. The beach area has lounge chairs for your use. Other things to note I wanted to mention again that there are stairs for anyone who may have difficulty with this. Water and electricity are both very expensive on the island. We kindly ask if you can conserve if possible. We get great breezes throughout the condo!
