Beautiful and spacious five bedroom home in a peaceful location just 2 minutes from the beach. The property is just a 5 minute walk from East Wittering village and has a lovely large garden (130ft) and space for parking three cars. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge with an open working fire and a separate upstairs TV room for teenagers/children. From two of the bedrooms are views of the sea. The space On the ground floor there is a porch with plenty of space for hanging coats and boots/shoe storage. There is a well equipped kitchen diner with extending table to seat up to 10 guests. The kitchen benefits from a boiling tap and has a large range style oven with a gas hob and an American style fridge freezer. Doors lead from the kitchen/diner onto the patio and the large enclosed rear garden. The house has a very spacious lounge with a 50inch smart TV, an open fire and plenty of books and board games perfect for cosy nights in. The ground floor also has a downstairs toilet/cloak and spacious garage with body boards and beach toys guests are very welcome to use. Upstairs on the first floor are 3 good sized double bedrooms; one has a super king bed and the other two have king beds. The bedroom with the super king bed also has a smart TV. There is a single bedroom with a desk, single bed and roll out truckle bed underneath. In addition the first floor has a shower room with a high pressure pumped shower and a family bathroom with an electric shower over the bath. Finally there is a kids TV/gaming room with smart TV and with stairs up to a fifth bedroom on the second floor which also has a king sized double bed and beautiful sea views. Outside is a very large parking area in front of the house which can accommodate three cars comfortably. To the rear of the property is a long private garden which is completely enclosed and includes a summer house and large patio. The property has a large gas BBQ which guests are very welcome to use. Guest access All areas of the property will be for guests sole use. Other things to note We are very happy to welcome well behaved doggies to the property but only to the ground floor rooms (there is a baby/dog gate at the top of the stairs).
