A beautiful family beach house with a saltwater pool & gorgeous garden. Lovely sea and green belt views in a friendly village, with loads of restaurants & actives. Solar and inverter for load shedding. 2 double bedrooms both en suite. There is an office, a second lounge with gym equipment and various outside braai and chill areas Serviced 3 days a week. A 10min walk or 2 min drive to one of SAs best unspoilt beaches. 2 resident cats so no aggressive dogs pls. The space 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, free standing bath, dressing area. An ensuite with a walk in shower, WC and vanity. A balcony with sea views. 2nd double bedroom with a queen size bed, balcony with sea views and an ensuite shower and toilet there is a gym upstairs and a big office area downstairs. the living spaces all have sea views and open up to a salt water pool and courtyard garden. there are two outside seating areas, a fire pot and a weber braai. single garage and other parking area available. The open plan kitchen and dining has sea views. There is a scullery and laundry with a dish washer and washing machine. Guest access access to all spaces except a locked Storeroom
