This is ideal for those visiting Yale’s schools, coming in for a concert, or simply here to enjoy the cafes, restaurants and bars in wonderful New Haven. If you really want a taste of New Haven, just walk less than 10 minutes to Little Italy to enjoy New Haven’s famous pizzas at Sally’s or Pepe’s. Walking or biking is the way to go in this small city. The neighborhood is highly walkable and safe. Paid parking is available on the street or in public garages. Union Station is less than a mile away (12 min walk). There you can take the train for a day trip to New York City. House Rules: Cleanliness: The entire unit is thoroughly cleaned between each guest using antibacterial products to ensure the health and well-being of our valued guests. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including outside areas and the patio. Guests found smoking will incur a $200 fine plus damages and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, along with reporting to Airbnb. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties are not allowed on the premises. Any unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine, automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to Airbnb. We are situated in a peaceful residential area, so please respect the neighbors and monitor noise levels at all times. Quiet hours are in place between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Damage Reporting: Upon arrival, if you notice any damages or if anything breaks during your stay, please inform the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.
