Extended stays welcome. NOTE: Unit is located on the second floor. Building does not have an elevator. Guests WILL NEED TO CLIMB STAIRS. Guest access Upon arrival, guests can conveniently check in and access the apartment via a dedicated lockbox. The apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay, so feel free to relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Other things to note Guest Responsibility By booking, you accept full responsibility for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur on the property. You assume all risks and release the host from liability, except in cases of gross negligence. No Smoking – Strictly Enforced Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and cannabis) is not allowed anywhere on the property—indoors or outdoors. A $250 fine will apply, plus cleaning or damage fees. Reservation will be cancelled without refund, and the incident will be reported to Airbnb. No Parties or Unauthorized Guests No parties, events, or unregistered guests are allowed. Violations will result in a $500 fine, reservation cancellation without refund, and reporting to Airbnb. Shared Building – Quiet Hours Enforced This is an apartment building with long-term residents. Please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Disruptions may lead to removal or cancellation. No Airbnb Services or Experiences Hosting Airbnb Services, Experiences, or third-party bookings is not allowed without written permission. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund and reporting to Airbnb.
