We love the cottage and stay in it from time to time! The natural wood is beautiful, and you really feel like you've escaped to the forest. You'll probably hear the loons early in the morning, and spot the eagle flying high to its nearby nest in the afternoon. The pullout sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress is located in the living room to accommodate 6 total guests. The single bathroom is split into a toilet room and a separate shower room, which tends to better accommodate daily routines. Grill and propane provided. You'll have access to the cottage and fire pit. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicles. We live in the house next door and will be available as needed to address any issues during your stay. Bottled water provided for cooking and drinking as the cottage is on a well. There is no laundry on site. There are laundromats in nearby Pittsfield (15 minutes) and Concord (20 minutes). TVs are set up to allow you to log into your personal streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, etc). There is no cable TV service. Typical water depth near the end of the dock is 36-42" and can accommodate most boats up to 23-25ft in length. Dock is removed at the end of the boating season, typically near the beginning of October, and installed in May.
