The space We love the cottage and stay in it from time to time. The natural wood is beautiful, and you really feel like you've escaped to the forest. You'll probably hear the loons early in the morning, and spot the eagle flying high to its nearby nest later in the afternoon! The pullout sofa with upgraded memory foam mattress is located in the living room to accommodate 6 total guests. The single bathroom is split into a toilet room and a separate shower room, which tends to better accommodate daily routines. Grill and propane provided. Approx 10 minutes to the Deerfield Fairgrounds. Guest access You'll have access to the cottage, dock (in season), and fire pit. Staircase provides direct access to the lake from the cabin porch. Parking can accommodate 2 vehicles and boat trailer. Other things to note TVs are set up to allow you to log into your personal streaming service (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Max, Disney+, etc). Typical water depth near the end of the dock is 30" - 42" and can accommodate most boats up to 22ft in length. There is no laundry on site. There are laundromats in nearby Pittsfield (15 minutes) and Concord (20 minutes). Dock is removed at the end of the boating season, typically near the beginning of October, and installed in early May.
