Our newly renovated Casa Bianca has all the charm of the old building in which it is located on the walls of the historic city center of Penne, but with modern amenities. We have retained the special architectural features found in this area (brick barrel ceilings, wooden beams, mosaic floor designs). There are beautiful views from the balcony and all main rooms. Casa Bianca is just steps from shopping, bars, and restaurants, and a short drive from beaches, mountains, olive groves and wineries. It has a floor to ceiling window/door with a small balcony to the medieval street at the front of the house. It is furnished with a queen size bed, armoire and small built-in desk. There is a large bright living room with renovated mosaic floors and beamed wooden ceiling, with the same floor to ceiling, glass window/door with access to the balcony and beautiful views of the town and Majella mountains, as well as lovely hills with vineyards and olive groves. This is furnished with both modern and antique furniture and has a large smart TV. You will also have access to the new kitchen, which is very light and bright, and has newly renovated mosaic floors. There is a double induction burner, a microwave, a built-in under counter refrigerator, and a large toaster oven. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, and sink. You enter the apartment into a small hallway with a bench and place to hang your coats, etc. and a blackboard upon which we would love to have you leave your thoughts, drawings, designs, or whatever!
