The space Separately standing big house with a private pool and huge backyard. Comfortable accommodation for 12 -14 people. A bedroom and a bathroom on the main level. Two living areas. Air hockey and Foosball tables. BBQ, fire pit. Guest access Entrance code will be sent to a guest up on arrival. Other things to note Please note important: NO visitors (additional people) are allowed at the property during your stay at any point except those guests that were registered in the reservation! NO visiting people or pets are allowed at the property during your stay! Only those people and pets that were included in the reservation are allowed at the property at any point of your stay! Additional pet fee ($300 per pet) will apply. If you have a certified service pet, you must include it in the reservation and attach supporting documents! July and August we recommend our guests not to leave any food out and take care of sweet beverages spills promptly as it may attract ants into a house! This is seasonal phenomenon and requires all the surfaces to be kept clean to avoid that. We do NOT provide wood for the fire pit. We do NOT provide laundry detergent or dishwasher tablets. We do NOT provide propane for the grill! It's up to the guests to procure. We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 paper towels for each stay regardless of the number of guests or the length of your reservation.
