Your party will have exclusive use of the property. In Fall, the colors are spectacular - like a calendar photo! Enjoy our hiking trails, tour the nearby wineries ... or simply enjoy the view. WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN PETS OR HUNTING ON THE PROPERTY. Smoking is not allowed on the property. WE DO REQUIRE THAT ALL RENTERS ARE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN. Our cabin is not appropriate for Children. Adults only. Cabin can accommodate up to 4 people. There are two bedrooms - the main bedroom has a queen sized Sleep Number Bed for maximum comfort. The second room has two bunk beds with Sleep Number beds as well. There are many wonderful things to do in the area in the Spring and Summer. There are several wine tours, farmers markets and more. The cabin is located minutes away from a marina for summer boating. Daily Rate of $ 175.00 with a 2 night minimum. Weekend and Weekly Rentals are available. (plus a $ 150.00 security Deposit is required and will be refunded (based upon condition of property after departure) within 2 weeks of rental period. This cabin is situated 10 minutes from the Village of Naples in the Bristol Hills and provides easy access to many area activities. The cabin is very close to the Smith Boys Marina, Antique shops, Wine Trail, Bristol Mountain and more. An exposed brick fireplace is the centerpiece of a large, comfortable open plan family room. In front of the fireplace are two comfortable chairs. A traditional maple dining table with seating for 4 offers the charm and atmosphere for a great social area. The living room area has panoramic windows of the lake with two couches and modern luxuries of TV, cable, DVD and stereo. The well equipped Kitchen has a window overlooking the lake with a stove, an oven, refrigerator, a microwave oven and coffee maker. The cabin home has forced air heating and a wood burning fireplace for the chilly nights in the spring and fall. There are 2 bright comfortable bedrooms all situated on one level to provide a perfect location for a weekend vacation. The main bedroom has a full size bed. Bedroom 2 has two bunk beds. The main couch in the living room is a Queen Sofa Bed. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated with traditional quilted covers. The home also has a bathroom with a shower. For outside enjoyment you will find garden seating, two picnic tables, a fire pit, and plenty of lawn. There is a gas grill available for your use.
