The entry features shallow steps, expansive, accessible parking, and smart locks and a smart doorbell for safety and communication with the host. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor, along with an additional bedroom, a dedicated fitness room, a dinette, a formal dining room, a family room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a welcoming foyer, and four bathrooms (two full and two half). The upper level has four more bedrooms, a full bathroom, an office, and a generously sized entertainment room, catering to various needs and preferences. Just a heads-up: Guns and smoking are not allowed inside. Parking is permitted only on the 10,000-square-foot driveway (not the lawn or street). Out of respect for our family-friendly neighborhood, marijuana and non-prescribed drugs are not permitted on the site, and please keep outdoor music and activities clean/family-friendly, and at a low volume.
