Our top-floor condo is bright and airy, and has a clean uncluttered aesthetic which makes it the perfect space to escape from the city and the responsibilities of everyday life. The minimalist zen-like design and serene colour palette help to calm and open up your mind without distractions. The space We want it to be a safe space where you can let go of the pressures of modern lifestyle, and have the opportunity to unplug. Allow the open and peaceful atmosphere to support you in tuning out the noise of the outside world and instead tapping into your inner voice and guidance. The large windows in the living space and the outside balcony allows you to enjoy incredible amounts of natural sunlight throughout the day (including sunrises and sunsets). Why not sit out in the sun with a warm tea and tune in to the sounds of nature. Gift yourself those moments of calm reflection and the opportunity to reflect on what has brought you to this moment. Mind Oasis is designed to ideally accommodate 2 people, however it could be comfortably occupied by a maximum of 4 people with a large sofa bed in the living room. Mind Oasis consists of: - open plan large living room and kitchen (large sofa, TV, dining table, coffee table, fully equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine with a dryer, oven with microwave function) - separate bedroom (double bed, two bedside tables, cupboards - corridor with double wardrobe and extra large mirror - bathroom with shower - balcony with a view Amenities - dishwasher, fridge with freezer, washing machine with tumble dryer, oven with microwave function, iron and ironing board, - fresh linen and towels, prepared for the specified number of guests (two or four), - air-conditioning (cooling in the summer and heating in winter), - access to free wifi, - private off-road parking (behind locked gate). Guest access The entire apartment is at guests' disposal, with a private bathroom and kitchen. If an apartment on the ground floor (Soul Den) is also rented at the same time, then guests from both apartments have access to the garden and parking lot. Other things to note The house is located by the lake with a beach and trees alongside it, just a short walk away. This setting makes it a really sacred space where you will instantly feel peace and tranquility. Imagine walking barefoot to the lake each morning with your cup of coffee in your hand? Or revitalizing your mind and body with cold water lake swims? The house is newly renovated, and intentionally designed with high-end finishes and bespoke touches. From the fully equipped kitchen to the gorgeous high quality cotton sheets and organic mattresses for blissful sleep. Every detail has been thought through and designed to really support your relaxation and holistic wellbeing. The house comprises two separate and distinct apartments (on the lower floor is Soul Den and on the upper floor is Mind Oasis), each has an independent entrance. The property is located on a private plot, which is fully fenced off, with lockable gates. There is a garden, patio area, and two car parking spaces available for our guests. We welcome guests all year round. The whole house is air-conditioned (in winter air-conditioning functions as heating), and there is free wifi to keep you connected if needed.
