Situated in the heart of Bells Flats just 15 minutes outside of Kodiak and close to the Coast Guard base. Enjoy fishing, hiking, mountain biking, ATV rides, whale watching, hunting, and bear viewing just minutes away. This home is comfortable, private, with a full kitchen overlooking a peaceful view of Bells Flats neighborhood, Women's Bay and Lake Orbin. Enjoy coffee or tea on the deck with the occasional visit by Kodiak deer. The space The Guest house is 1500 sq. ft. It has a large fully stocked kitchen and an open concept living room. Enjoy hanging out on the deck BBQing or hang outside by the fire pit. We want your stay to be comfortable. Guest access You will have access to 1500 sq ft. upper unit and fenced side yard. Other things to note Guests will have access to a freezer to store fish in. There will be a fish cleaning station and we ask that all clean up be properly discarded immediately. Please no smoking in the house or on the deck. Smoking in side yard only.
