Whether you're in town for a big game, a camp, to visit your student, tour the University, or just to enjoy Clemson and the surrounding area, we'd love to welcome you to our cozy and quiet recently remodeled condo! We're located just north of Clemson University, an easy walk or quick drive away (1 mile to downtown, 1.3 miles to campus). Amenities include free parking, WiFi, pool access, in-unit washer/dryer, and courtyard. We are a corner unit located on the ground floor in our safe community. The space - Perfect for a family or small group of friends visiting the area who want to be near Clemson University & Downtown. - Enter the condo to the clean and spacious living room featuring a large sectional sofa, 50-inch Roku Smart TV, and games & books for your group to enjoy. - The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel right at home, including: coffee & coffee pot, tea & tea kettle, wine glasses, pots/pans, mixing bowls, toaster, blender, crockpot, Brita water filter, children's dishes, and more. The large walk-in pantry is perfect for storing any groceries you may have. The pantry and kitchen lights are dimmable and customizable. - If you're staying for a while or have an unexpected spill, take advantage of our in-unit washer & dryer. We supply laundry soap, dryer sheets, and stain remover. If needed, there is also a paid laundry room located in the clubhouse. - Bedroom 1 features a king bed with supportive memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, box fan, and spacious closet with built-in shelving. You'll have lots of natural light from the east-facing window, but the blackout curtains allow you to keep a dark room in the morning if desired. - Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed (both with brand new memory foam mattresses), ceiling fan, box fan, walk-in closet with dimmable light, and connecting full-sized bathroom. Enjoy a view of the quiet and calm courtyard from your room. - An additional full-sized bathroom with a bathtub is located in the hallway. - The front door opens to the courtyard, which has picnic tables and charcoal grills perfect for grilling out and playing yard games. - On a hot day, enjoy a dip in the year-round community pool, located just steps from our building. (We provide pool towels for your use.) - We are a ground-floor unit with no stairs inside. We’re happy to provide specific parking instructions for handicapped spaces and ramp access; please ask when booking! - We provide toilet paper, paper towels, travel-sized shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods to get you started. If you need more, there are a number of stores nearby. - Free parking with plenty of spaces. - Please note: we are a non-smoking and pet-free unit. Other things to note We are located near railroad tracks. However, there are no railroad crossings nearby, so you won't hear any loud train horns or crossing bells. You can hear the train from outside, but inside it is not noticeable. You should not hear the train at night, but we provide box fans for both bedrooms in case you prefer to sleep with white noise.
